Demo & Consignment Boots (7-Day Return Policy)
Demo and consignment boots may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:

Boots must not be ridden in.

Boots must not be dirty or show significant additional wear.

If items are returned with excessive wear, dirt, or damage, a restocking fee may apply.
Please note:

Demo boots are sold as-is and may show minor wear consistent with being tried on.

Demo boots do not include a manufacturer warranty.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Custom Orders (Final Sale)
Custom-made items are non-refundable.
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any concerns with your custom order, please contact us—our team will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
All Other Products (14-Day Return Policy)
Accessories, socks, and other non-boot items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, clean, and in original packaging.

Socks must be sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when all return criteria are met.

Store credit may be issued at our discretion for returns outside standard policy terms.
Sale & Discounted Items
All sale or discounted products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
If you ever have questions about fit, sizing, condition, or product details, please reach out—we’re here to help ensure the best experience possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
