We do not have a brick and mortar location at this time. For in-person boot fittings, we will arrange to meet you at your barn, home, or other location. We can also provide virtual boot fittings.

We currently provide in-person individual boot fittings throughout Northeast and Central Ohio. Individual fittings may require a deposit and/or mileage fees depending on distance. Deposits will be applied to any purchases.

If live in Ohio or Kentucky and you have 5 or more individuals interested in ordering boots, we encourage you to schedule a boot party at your barn. Hosts are eligible for special discounts based on sales. Please contact us for details.

During show season, we are often available at Chagrin Valley Farms (Chagrin Falls, OH), Lake Erie College (Concord, OH), Brave Horse (Johnstown, OH), World Equestrian Center (Wilmington, OH), and the Kentucky Horse Park (Lexington, KY). Please see our event schedule or contact us to request us at a show.

It depends on the brand.

Kingsley offers a standard production time of 4-6 weeks, or a rush time of 2-4 weeks.

Gallors averages production in 8-10 weeks, and a rush time of 2-4 weeks.

Yes, if you live in northeast Ohio, we can arrange to meet you in person for the delivery of your boots.
